The Learning Experience, one of the nation’s fastest-growing academies of early education, is the latest commercial anchor to sign a lease at the Wheeling Town Center scheduled to open in 2019. The Learning Experience will occupy 10,000 square feet and include a 5,000-square-foot outdoor play area.
With 10 locations in the Chicagoland area, The Learning Experience has an established network of purpose-built facilities that foster an environment where children feel comfortable, safe and ready to learn. The franchise also has over 150 locations currently in development nationwide.

The Learning Experience joins other key tenants already signed on at Wheeling Town Center, including Starbucks, Inland Bank, CMX Cinemas, City Works Eatery and Pour House, Mia’s Cantina and 312 Nails & Spa. The commercial space within Wheeling Town Center is now over 80 percent full.

In total, Wheeling Town Center contains over 100,000 square feet of commercial space across its 16-acre site. Adjacent to the Wheeling Metra Station, the space also includes the luxury ONE rental apartments.
