Security National Life Insurance Company on Nov. 1 renamed the Wichita, Kan., office building formerly known as Wichita Executive Centre to 125 N. Market. The life insurance company has also named a new leasing agent and property management team.
Office specialist Patrick Ahern of NAI Martens will be the property’s new leasing agent. Weigand-Omega Management, Inc. will be the new property management team.
Security National plans to invest up to $5 million in the 19-story building. Planned improvements include upgrading and redecorating the common areas on four floors, upgrading infrastructure, modernizing eleavtor controls and renovating the 19th floor as a reception and event area.
