New York’s Brixmor Property Group recently announced the opening of a 4,200-square-foot The Cellars Wines and Spirits at White Bear Hills Shopping Center in White Bear Lake, Minn.
Brixmor is the owner of White Bear Hills Shopping Center, and was represented by Matthew Johnson with Brixmor.
