Winners of 26th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards announced

The winners of the 26th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards were announced Thursday during an awards dinner that took place this year at the Hilton Chicago and raised more than $1 million for the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

This year’s winners were:

Architect of the Year: Solomon Cordwell Buenz

Build to Suit Project of the Year: The Big Ten Conference (Studley Inc.; Leopardo Cos., Ratio Architects Inc.)

Deal of the Year: 1KFulton/Google (CBRE Inc.)

Developer of the Year: Related Midwest

Development of the Year: Harper Court (Harper Court Partners LLC; Vermilion Development, Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture; University of Chicago)

Industrial Broker of the Year: Matthew J. Stauber, Colliers International

Interior Contractor of the Year: Clune Construction Co.

Interior Design Firm of the Year: Whitney Architects

Investment Broker of the Year: Jaime Fink, Jeffrey Bramson, Mark Katz, HFF

Office Broker of the Year: John G. Musgjerd, Frederick D. Schuler, Daniel McCarthy, Benjamin Erskine, JLL

Office Property Representative of the Year: Jack O’Brien, Joy Jordan, the Telos Group

Project Manager of the Year: JLL

Project Management Company of the Year: JLL

Redevelopment of the Year: Wrigley Building (BDT Capital Partners LLC, Zeller Realty Group)

Retail Broker of the Year: Todd L. Siegel, CBRE
