WiredScore, the global company behind the internationally recognized digital connectivity rating platform for real estate, has today announced the appointment of Sean Recht as Head of Midwest region.
Sean, who was previously at CoStar, will oversee business development for all WiredScore’s product lines across Midwest states including; Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, Indiana, Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas.
Working with the company’s existing client base, the role will see Sean supporting on portfolios and developments across the region. Alongside this, he will be responsible for driving new business relationships with real estate organizations new to WiredScore whilst educating the wider marketing, including brokers, architects, engineers and occupiers, on the importance of digital connectivity and in-building technology for the future of real estate.
