The Wisconsin Athletic Club has renewed its lease commitment at 411 E. Wisconsin in Milwaukee for an additional 10 years.
The athletic club, which currently occupies the entire sixth floor of the building, will be expanding to include an additional 7,500 square feet on the fifth floor. The new space will be used mostly for new studios designed for group exercise, personal training and mind-body classes.
CBRE brokered the lease renewal.
