Kenneth Maly recently joined Newmark Knight Frank Global Corporate Services as a managing director. He brings with him a background in economic development, community development and land-development planning.
Maly is a former principal with Vierbicher Associates in Madison, Wis. His specialties include market analysis, GIS, economic development, incentive negotiation, development entitlement and community planning. He is a Certified Economic Developer with the International Economic Development Council.
