Wisconsin Storage Corporation has purchased a 49,330-square-foot warehouse at 232 South Curtis Road in West Allis, Wisconsin. Price of the sale was undisclosed.
The company will be making renovations to the building including a new front façade, replacing the drive-in doors with large attractive windows and significant new landscaping.
Kurt Van Dyke, and James Young of The Barry Company were the brokers on the transaction.
