Mike Schuchardt has been hired as a project manager for Miron Construction Company’s Middleton, Wis., office.
Schuchardt most recently served in a project management/sales role in the Madison office of a Fox Valley design-build firm. He has also worked as an estimator, business developer, owner’s representative, construction manager and journeyman carpenter throughout his 27-year career in the construction industry.
In his new position, Schuchardt will manage all aspects of construction projects, including preliminary estimates, budgets, financial control, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project close-out and owner occupancy.
