Wisconsin’s NAI Pfefferle names three new shareholders

Appleton, Wisconsin-based NAI Pfefferle recently named three new shareholders.

Tom Fisk, Elizabeth Ringgold and Greg Landwehr have been named shareholders of Pfefferle Companies, Inc. As shareholders they will have more direct involvement with the decision-making process in the company and driving business to the brokerage division.

Fisk has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He is responsible for sales and leasing of office, retail, industrial and investment properties with a specialty in retail and investment properties. He has earned the NAI Pfefferle Broker of the Year award three times.

Ringgold has more than 25 years of experience and specializes in retail, hospitality and office transactions. She has earned the NAI Pfefferle Broker of the Year award twice.

Landwehr has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in industrial leasing and sales and land sales. He recently earned his SIOR designation. He also earned the NAI Pfefferle Broker of the Year award.
