Andrew Utic has joined Brookfield, Wisconsin-based civil engineering firm R.A. Smith National as a civil engineer in the transportation division.
Utic recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. While in college, Utic interned for transportation and civil engineering firms in the area.
