Walt Lautner has joined Brookfield, Wisconsin-based engineering firm R.A. Smith National as a development director in the company’s land development services division.
Lautner brings more than 20 years of experience in land development, engineering, construction and project management to his new position.
Before joining R.A. Smith National, Lautner provided consulting services to land owners, developers and retailers through his own business, WJ Lautner. He has also served as the retail group vice president at Continental Properties Company and a senior development manager for Kohl’s Department Stores.
