Troy Hartjes has joined Brookfield, Wisconsin-based engineering and surveying firm R.A. Smith National as senior project manager in the municipal services division.
Hartjes brings nearly 20 years of municipal public works engineering experience to his new position. He has a background in urban and rural roadway rehabilitation and consruction, as well as sanitary sewer and water-main system design.
