HSA Commercial Real Estate has closed a 6,228-square-foot lease with Carhartt, Inc., at the developer’s The Mayfair Collection shopping center in Wauwatosa, Wis.
Carhartt specializes in work wear, and will occupy space at The Mayfair Collection immediately north of Old Navy in the first phase of the retal center. The store is scheduled to open this summer.
Carhartt operates 16 company-owned stores across the country. The Wauwatosa location will be the first Carhartt retail store in Wisconsin.
