Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently helped Farmington Hills-based Pet Supplies Plus close a lease agreement for 33,000 square feet that allows it to relocate its national headquarters to Laurel Office Park III located in Livonia, Mich.

Pet Supplies Plus is the third-largest pet specialty retailer in the United States with 257 stores in 23 states.

“We are proud to announce that Pet Supplies Plus has chosen Laurel Office Park for its headquarters relocation in Michigan,” said Dave Bolen, president and chief executive Officer of Pet Supplies Plus. “The prime location, together with the extensive renovations the building has undergone, made the decision to relocate extremely attractive for our organization and its employees. Our new headquarters will support our aggressive growth plan and enable us to attract top talent in the retail industry.”
