A franchisee has purchased an outlot in the Century Plaza Development in Merrillville, Indiana, to build a new McAlister’s Deli.
McAlister’s Deli is a fast casual restaurant known for sandwiches, spuds, soups and sweat tea. The franchisee, Dave’s Deli LLC, completed the purchase of about 0.89 acres of land, with plans to start construction in the spring.
Brett McDermott of Latitude Commercial Realty represented the buyer in the land purchase.
