Wold Architects & Engineers makes promotions in Minnesota, Tennessee

Wold Architects & Engineers, a full-service planning, architecture and engineering firm, promoted Rachel Bartling, Tom Clark, Anthony Traylor and Teng Vang to the Associates Leadership Team.

Bartling, Clark, and Vang are based in the company’s Saint Paul, Minnesota, office. Traylor is located at its Brentwood, Tennessee, office. 

As a healthcare planner, Bartling brings more than 22 years of healthcare experience in design, planning, real estate development and construction to this new role. Her expertise includes leading healthcare projects through lean methodology to bring innovative and sustainable design solutions that provide exemplary patient and staff experience. Her flagship projects include critical access hospitals, academic medical centers, ambulatory care, and women & children’s centers. 

With over 16 years of architectural design expertise and management experience, Clark is responsible for overseeing projects and clients across the public sector market as well as growing Wold’s portfolio of public sector projects in Minnesota and across the country. His background includes a variety of projects, from master planning of corporate campuses to small building renovations. Project highlights include FBI regional field office campuses, State of Minnesota office building and Capitol building tunnel, and U.S. District Court senior judge’s chamber & Judicial Learning Center.

Traylor brings 14 years of experience to his new role, including 6 years with Wold. He joins the leadership team as a project manager. Highlights of his work include Poplar Grove Elementary Performing Arts Center & Gymnasium in Williamson County, State of Tennessee’s Rachel Jackson and John Sevier Office Buildings, Dickson County’s new Justice Center, Maury Regional Medical Center, and Heritage of Brentwood senior living community. 

With over six years of experience, Vang serves as a mechanical project manager and is responsible for project implementation, including organizing team tasks and day-to-day coordination with other disciplines. Supporting the government and education units, his project highlights include Andersen Science Lab renovation, McGuire Middle School Gymnasium addition, and Rogers High School Auditorium.
