Wolf Point East, the second in a trio of skyscrapers was granted a permit on Wednesday.
Wolf Point East is located at 313 W. Wolf Point Plz. and proposes a 60-story residential building with 6 basement parking levels and 698 residences. Previously the building 707 units. In prior negotiations, Ald. Reilly requested that developers reconsider the height, density and site coverage based on the increasing traffic congestion in River North.
According to Crain’s, the tower was scheduled to break ground in early spring or summer of 2017. Now that developers have the permit in hand, they should be on track to start construction.
