Wolf Point West is setting the bar high when it comes to attracting residents. The 48-story LEED Silver apartment tower in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, which opened its doors January 2016, has now unveiled one of its more modern amenities–a state-of-the-art golf simulator.
The Full Swing S8 Simulator allows players of all experience levels the opportunity to enjoy the sport through many interactive features. There is a single high speed camera that focuses solely on ball spin and club head data, allowing users to critique and adjust their swings.
The camera feature helps players in fixing their game and allows the ball path in the simulator to be shaped exactly as if it were outdoors. Other features include a driving range, chipping range, club comparison, and group competitions between friends.
AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust (BIT), Hines, and Magellan Development Group are the owners of the apartment building, located at 343 W. Wolf Point Plaza.
Other amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub and sundeck, indoor-outdoor dog lounge, game room, business center, sauna and steam room, club lounge
