The Woodmont Company, a national real estate firm specializing in the development, management, leasing and sale of retail properties, has started construction on a new 10,759-square-foot Kiddie Academy of Carmel – Westfield located at 1367 Waterleaf Drive in Westfield, Indiana.
Kiddie Academy of Carmel – Westfield is scheduled to open in Spring 2021 and will be owned and operated by Three Colors Flag, LLC. It will offer full time care, before and after school care and summer camp programs for children between 6 weeks and 12 years old.
“Our goal is to provide premier facilities where parents feel comfortable in our ability help their children grow socially, physically, emotionally and intellectually,” said Maurício Fracon, CEO, Three Colors Flag. “We look forward to opening our first school in Indiana with plans to open additional locations in the future.”
