The co-development team of Conor Commercial Real Estate, a member of The McShane Companies, and Ravine Park Partners (RPP), a Jeff Annenberg and Greg Moyer company, have announced the grand opening of Woodview Apartments.
The new 248-unit luxury development is situated at Deerfield Road and Interstate-94 in Deerfield, Illinois.
The four-story complex offers a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Each residence incorporates upscale finishes and appliances including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, in-unit washers and dryers, numerous private balcony and patio spaces and high-end windows for quiet living.
A two-story community clubhouse offers numerous tenant amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, iLounge, coffee bar and multi-media room, demonstration kitchen and a private lounge complete with a shuffle board and pool table.
McShane Construction Company served as general contractor for the project while HPA Architecture provided the comprehensive architectural services for this luxury residential development. Laramar Management Services, LLC, a subsidiary of The Laramar Group, is serving as the exclusive management company charged with overseeing the property’s leasing and management activities.
