Gary Wool of Wool Finance Partners arranged a $14 million loan for two industrial buildings located in the Lincolnshire and Vernon Hills.
The loan was secured by two buildings, totaling 350,000-square-feet, which were leased to a single tenant. The lender, a regional bank, underwrote the loan based on multiple factors.
