Eric Renner, vice president of brokerage at Omaha’s World Group Commercial Real Estate, recently closed the sale of a former Tyson plant in Norfolk, Neb.
CRS Mechanical purchased the facility earlier this month.
The company will build high-speed food-processing equipment at the plant. CRS will employ from 30 to 50 people at the facility.
