WPD Management announces three inaugural regional property managers. Kevin Carlson has been promoted from property manager to regional property manager. Kyle Bell and Scott Glassmire join WPD Management as regional property managers, bringing years of management experience with them.
“We created this role to provide better hands-on management of properties and property managers,” said WPD Management’s COO Patrick Ryan. “The new position within WPD Management also supports upward mobility as we continue to grow as a business. Strong property managers looking to make a career in management now have more opportunities within WPD.”
Since expanding its services to Chicago’s westside neighborhoods in Q4 of 2021, WPD Management has brought on 400 units. The firm currently has more than 3,500 units in its management portfolio.
