Transwestern represented Bluebird Harwood Heights LLC in the disposition of a 60,000-square-foot building at 7444 W. Wilson Ave. in Harwood Heights, Illinois. Xcel Med LLC acquired the property for an undisclosed price and will use the building as its headquarters. Transwestern Principal John Joyce, CCIM, Senior Associate Ryan Phillips and Associate Chris Rickett, represented the seller in the transaction.
This was the final sale in a three-property portfolio disposition completed by the Transwestern team. The portfolio consisted of approximately 91,492 square feet on approximately 4.2 acres.
