XSpace Group announced the groundbreaking of XSpace Houston, a flexible space development in Houston’s Design Center.
The project will provide customizable spaces for purchase or lease, catering to Houston’s thriving professional class. Construction will be led by KDW, a Texas-based general contractor and XSpace’s returning builder, having completed XSpace Austin.
XSpace Houston will offer a fresh approach to nonresidential real estate, allowing tenants to design their units for a variety of uses. From private offices to luxury vehicle storage, the development addresses the growing demand for flexible, high-quality spaces in one of Houston’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
Designed by renowned architect Francisco González-Pulido of FGP Atelier, XSpace Houston will blend modern aesthetics with functional flexibility. Pulido’s portfolio includes globally recognized projects such as the Stadium of Diablos Rojos in Mexico, the ‘Veer’ Towers in Las Vegas, and the Felipe Ángeles International Airport in Mexico City. The Houston development will reflect the energy of the Design Center while offering a premium, customizable environment for tenants.
The groundbreaking marks XSpace’s continued expansion in Texas, following its successful development in Austin. The Company’s innovative model provides an alternative to traditional commercial real estate, appealing to a wide range of users—from startups to established businesses and collectors.
