NelsonHill announced that Zach Pruitt, Senior Vice President and Stevan Arandjelovic, Associate have recently joined the firm.
Mr. Pruitt joins NelsonHill bringing over seven years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. As a member of NelsonHill’s team, Zach will focus on Urban Redevelopment and Adaptive Reuse in Chicago and the surrounding areas. Prior to NelsonHill, he was an Associate Vice President and a member of DTZ’s Transaction Advisory Team, focusing on the needs of tenants and corporate space users by aligning their real estate needs with optimal results. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Sociology from Purdue University and is currently enrolled within the CCIM curriculum.
Mr. Arandjelovic is a recent graduate of DePaul’s Driehaus College of Business with a Bachelor of Science and a major in Real Estate. Stevan will be working alongside Mark and Mike Nelson focusing on the City of Chicago sub-market. His expertise includes real estate analysis, real estate finance, and real estate investment. Stevan worked previously as a Real Estate Intern with NelsonHill this past summer.
