Steve Zacher of The Zacher Company recently closed several deals in the Fort Wayne, Indiana, area.
Zacher represented the tenant, Walmart Stores East, LP, in the lease of 10,680 square feet of industrial space at 1103 Riverside Drive in Huntington, Indiana.
Zacher also represented the tenant, Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana, in the lease extension of 11,808 square feet of retail space at 10540 Maysville Road in Fort Wayne.
