The Zacher Company also helped close a retail deal in Marion, Indiana. Dan Gabbard of The Zacher Company represented both the landlord, Five Points Acquisition, and the tenant, Ritter’s Halloween, in the lease of 12,731 square feet of retail space at 1129 N. Baldwin Ave. in Marion.
And Gabbard and Dan Reese of The Zacher Company represented the seller, Tuan Q. Vo in the purchase of a 7,250-square-foot office building at 100 N. Randolph St. in Garrett, Indiana. Gabbard also represented the buyer, Garrett State Bank, in this deal.
