TRW Automotive US, LLC recently renewed a lease of the 100,500-square-foot industrial building located at 817 N. Taylor St. in Garrett, Ind.
The property’s landlord is Becknell Properties.
Steven Zacher, of the Zacher Company/CORFAC International, represented the tenant in the transaction.
