Evan Rubin of The Zacher Company represented the seller, Kevin H. Mullendore & Debra L. Mullendore, in the sale of 2.32 acres of land at 3005 W. Washington Center Road in Fort Wayne. The buyer is Dearborn Land investment, LLC. The buyer plans to build a new Dollar General Store on the land.
Brian Bean and Joy Neunschwander of The Zacher Company represented both the landlord, CWZ Properties, and the tenant, Familia Dental Fort Wayne, in the lease renewal of 6,100 square feet of retail space at 5328 Coldwater Road in Fort Wayne.
Neuenschwander represented landlord Glenwood Partnership in the lease extension of 5,874 square feet of office space at 2420 N. Coliseum Blvd. in Fort Wayne. She also represented landlord Scott Centennial and tenant CF Environmental Laboratory in the lease of 4,000 square feet of industrial space at 3711 Vanguard Drive in Fort Wayne.
