Steve Zacher of the Zacher Company recently closed a big deal in Huntingon, Indiana, representing the buyer in the purchase of a 147,500-square-foot industrial building at 3650 W. 200 North.
The buyer of the property was Incipio Devices, LLC.
Zacher, along with The Zacher Company’s John Adams, also represented seller Parker Hannifin in the sale of a 43,500-square-foot industrial building at 1201 Gerber St. in Ligonier, Indiana. The buyer was Jeremy Young.
And in other Indiana transaction, Joy Neuenschwander and Brian Bean of The Zacher Company represented both the seller, SEF Property, and the buyer, Angola Properties, in the sale of a 42,662-square-foot industrial building at 1100 Wohlert St. in Angola.
