Zeller will oversee the execution of the business plans by leading the management, leasing, and capital improvement efforts at all three properties. Ownership’s reset basis in these assets, which are unencumbered by debt, will provide the new partnership with the committed capital and flexibility required to deliver a competitive offering to the market.
