Zeller Realty Group and Invesco have partnered to purchase the Fifth Street Towers in Minneapolis.
The two companies paid $110 million at auction to purchase the towers.
The towers are important properties in Minneapolis, covering a total of 1.1 million square feet. The auction to sell off the property, which was in foreclosure, was held at the Hennepin County Sheriff’s office in Minnesota.
The property is about 65 percent occupied. Zeller Realty Group is tasked with managing the towers.
