Zeller Realty Group recently purchased Market Tower in Indianapolis. The 32-story office tower is located in the center of Indianapolis’ CBD, adjacent to Monument Circle.
The acqusition of the 515,000-square-foot Class-A+ office tower brings Zeller Realty Group’s portfolio to more than 8.8 million square feet.
“This is an excellent building by a world-class architect, and represents another great addition to our expanding porfolio,” said Paul Zeller, chairman and chief executive officer of Zeller Realty Group, in a written statement.
