Zilber chose the building based on its quality of construction and location in the marketplace.
The building sits on 8.47 acres, is less than 2 miles from Interstate 94, and features 24′ clear heights, 2 drive in docks, 8 exterior docks, and 153 parking spaces.
Stephen Provancher of NAI MLG Commercial and Trent Poole of CBRE were involved in the transaction.
