Zilber Property Group recently acquired two fully-occupied, single-tenant industrial buildings in the metro Milwaukee market.

Zilber recently acquired a 120,452-square-foot industrial building at 5000 Electric Ave. in West Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a 35,051-square-foot industrial building in Hartland, Wisconsin, at 1115 Cottonwood Ave.

The West Milwaukee property, which is occupied by a single-tenant Mainetti RTS, is strategically located in an urban environment with access to major east-west and north-south thoroughfares, I-94, I-43 and I-41. In addition to the geographic advantages, the property is situated in an area with an ample labor force.

Fully-occupied by Axis Automation, the Hartland property is located in the Cottonwood Commerce Center development and is adjacent to an approximately 50,000 square foot building, 1055 Cottonwood Avenue, which Zilber acquired in December of 2014.

James Young of JLL represented the seller in the 5000 Electric Avenue transaction. Zilber was represented by Michael Kleber, Zilber Property Group – Director of Industrial Leasing, in both the 5000 Electric Avenue and 1115 Cottonwood Avenue transactions.
