Zilber Property Group has begun construction on a 23,359-square-foot speculative industrial building in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The building is ZPG’s fourth speculative building in the 240-acre Business Park of Kenosha in the last five years.
The 23,359-square-foot building, commonly known as Zilber Industrial 4 at Business Park of Kenosha, is located on one of the few remaining industrial land sites in the Business Park of Kenosha. Upon completion, which is scheduled for this fall, the building will feature 24-foot clear heights, high bay LED light fixtures, two dock positions, one drive-in door and 26 car parking spaces.
The project design and construction team includes Partners In Design Architects, Riley Construction and Pinnacle Engineering Group. ZPG has partnered with Sergio Chapa and Michael Prost of Newmark Knight Frank to market the building for lease.
ZPG has also begun construction on two build-to-suit industrial projects previously announced last February in western Kenosha County’s Salem Business Park. Totaling more than 160,000 square feet, the facilities are being constructed for Stabio North America and Advent Tool and Manufacturing, Inc.
An approximately 25,000-square-foot space will be made available to industrial users in the market upon completion of construction this fall. Not including projects that have been announced in 2020, ZPG maintains a 1.275-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Kenosha County.
