Milwaukee-based developer Zilber Property Group is breaking ground on three speculative industrial facilities in Southeastern Wisconsin this year.
The three buildings, all located in Kenosha County, will add about 850,000 square feet of industrials pace to the area. They will also increase Zilber’s existing industrial building portfolio to 25 buildings in Kenosha County business parks.
