Zilber Property Group has secured a long-term lease with Generac Power Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of backup power generation products, to occupy 100 percent of the 489,219-square-foot industrial facility at 2900 Beloit Avenue in Janesville, Wisconsin.
Generac will use the facility for the global distribution of its generator products.
Chad Vande Zande and Jeff Hoffman of The Boerke Company, Inc. represented Generac Power Systems, Inc. and Michael Kleber and Rachel Agba represented Zilber Property Group in the transaction.
Zilber acquired the Beloit Avenue cross dock facility in June of 2017 without a tenant and made strategic interior and exterior improvements and upgrades to the warehouse and office areas. The facility features an ESFR sprinkler system, 26′ clear height, high bay LED warehouse lighting, renovated office area and secure truck yard. In addition to the current building, the site is capable of accommodating future industrial development opportunities up to 300,000 square feet.
