Zilber Property Group has acquired an about 525,000-square-foot, four-building industrial portfolio along the I-90/I-39 corridor in Janesville, Wisconsin. Ranging in size from about 45,000 square feet up to 250,000 square feet, the buildings are fully-occupied by long-standing tenants Cummins, Inc.; Pepsi; National Food Distributors; and Panoramic.
The buildings are located at 101 W. Venture Drive, 505 S. Wuthering Hills Drive, 1700 E. Delavan Drive and 525 E. Conde St.
Since 2017, Zilber has developed and acquired more than 1.67 million square feet of industrial space, including two speculative industrial projects, which are currently under construction.
In proximity to other Zilber portfolio buildings at the corner of Beloit Avenue and W. Venture Drive, the two newly-constructed, institutional-quality projects will be 179,220 square feet respectively and available for lease to users in the market this fall.
