Zilber Property Group purchased approximately 97 acres spanning four parcels within the LakeView Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
The acquisition includes Site 20 (12.5 acres), Site 22 (10.2 acres), Site 60 (16.3 acres), and Site 83–103 (57.9 acres).
The land sites are capable of accommodating five building projects totaling approximately 875,000 square feet. These parcels are some of the last remaining available M-2 zoned (manufacturing and distribution) undeveloped lots within LakeView Corporate Park. Zilber plans to pursue phased development to meet continued demand from manufacturing, distribution, and e-commerce users seeking modern, flexible industrial space in Southeast Wisconsin.
LakeView Corporate Park is located directly off Interstate 94 at Hwy 165 and spans over 2,000 acres making it the largest industrial park in the state of Wisconsin. The park encompasses over 10 million square feet of development and is home to nearly 100 companies across a wide range of industries, including industrial, office, service, and retail. Its world class amenities include a state-of-the-art recreation center, a public lake and park, a dedicated nature conservancy, an on-site daycare facility, and a system of scenic multi-use trails.
The land was sold by The Forest County Potawatomi Community.
