Zilber Property Group has acquired 2350 Springbrook Court in Beloit, Wisconsin.
The fully-leased industrial facility is situated along the I-39/I-90 corridor in Rock County, which offers logistical access to the major metro areas of the upper Midwest, including Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Chicago.
2350 Springbrook Court is currently occupied by WestRock, a global packaging solutions company. The about 125,000-square-foot facility features 20-foot clear heights, 11 equipped dock positions, 15 trailer parking stalls, one drive-in door, ample car parking and additional land for expansion of the building or car and trailer parking areas.
Since 2017, Zilber has developed three speculative industrial buildings totaling more than 660,000 square feet and has acquired six buildings, including 2350 Springbrook Court, totaling more than 1.1 million square feet in Rock County.
