Zilber Property Group plans to break ground on a new 176,000-square-foot speculative industrial facility in Pleasant Prairie, Wis. To be known as Towne Industrial VI at LakeView Corporate Park, the project represents the sixth spec building developed by Zilber Property Goup at this business park location since 2008.
“The project represents our continued commitment to growing Zilber Property Group’s industrial portfolio and our confidence in the long-term value of investment along the Chicago-Milwaukee Corridor,” said John Kersey, Executive Vice President, Zilber Ltd.
Available for occupancy in October 2014, Towne Industrial VI will offer high-cube, institutional-quality space ranging from approximately 33,000 to 176,000 square feet. The facility also will offer the amenities associated with the LakeView Corporate Park location such as: a 260,000-square-foot fitness/recreation facility, a childcare center, a 200-acre recreational park with athletic fields, running-walking paths and 100-acre lake, a 425-acre nature conservation area, in-ground fiber optic lines and ample area retail/service/hospitality businesses.
The property also provides immediate Interstate 94 access via State Highway 165, along with high visibility from State Highway 31/Green Bay Road.
Lee and Associates of Illinois has been selected as the property’s marketing agent while Riley Construction will provide design/build construction services. Partners in Design Architects, Arnold & O’Sheridan Consulting Engineers and Pinnacle Engineering Group have joined the project’s design team.
