Gabriel Coe and Brett Hatcher, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. Ring Road Self Storage is located about 42 miles south of Louisville, Kentucky. The facility features one climate-controlled unit, 177 non-climate controlled units, one enclosed parking space, and two retail spaces totaling 44,100 net rentable square feet. They also offer 15 outside parking spaces for rent.
