Chicago’s Kiser Group, a multifamily brokerage firm, launched its Affordable Housing Division, a new business service dedicated to serving clients focused on mission-driven investments and community-impact development.
The division will be led by Directors Alex Mora and Spencer Burd, who bring specialized expertise in affordable housing transactions, public-private partnerships, and long-term investment strategies.
