Chicago-based 33 Realty has brokered the $2,650,000 sale of 40 units known as Brentwood Apartments at 1711 and 1721 Parklake Drive in Morris, Illinois.
Completed in 1975, the property is fully occupied and features ample parking, large units, below-market rents, on-site laundry and easy access to I-80 and I-55. John Meyer, managing director at 33 Realty was the sole broker in the transaction.
