Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Cummins, Inc. Industrial, a 42,102-square foot industrial property in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The asset sold for $4.15 million.
Peter Doughty, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. Josh Caruana, Indiana Broker of Record, assisted with the representation of this deal. The buyer, a private investor, was represented by a cooperating broker.
Cummins, Inc. Industrial is located at 3415 W Coliseum Blvd. in Fort Wayne. It’s strategically located in central Fort Wayne and offers immediate access to Interstate-69.
