Jenna Maguire, Vice President at Colliers | Wisconsin, was named 2026 REALTOR® of the Year by the Commercial Association of REALTORS® Wisconsin (CARW).
CARW presented the award on Oct. 28 at its Deal of the Year Awards at the Grain Exchange in Milwaukee.
The CARW Deal of the Year Awards recognize the most notable commercial real estate professionals and transactions in Wisconsin. Individual honors were awarded to professionals who exemplify commitment to the industry, the community and the organization.
Maguire has worked in commercial real estate since 2008, starting in marketing and moving into a brokerage role full time in 2013. Since then, she has leased several of Milwaukee’s high-profile office projects, including Schlitz Park, The Avenue, Chase Tower, 875 E. Wisconsin, and Summit Place. Maguire joined Colliers | Wisconsin in August 2022.
Maguire was named to Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2021 40 Under 40 class and served as the 2024–25 board chair for CARW and received CARW’s Office Deal of The Year in both 2024 and 2025. Maguire also gives back to the Milwaukee community by regularly volunteering with St. Vincent de Paul’s meal program on Milwaukee’s south side.
Colliers | Wisconsin also had three deals named as finalists in this year’s CARW Deal of the Year Awards including Genesee Gravel Pit Redevelopment in the development category, Dynatect Manufacturing Sale-Leaseback Portfolio in the investment category, and Henricksen Lease at Eagleknit in the office category.
