Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale-leaseback of a 9,700-square-foot, single-tenant medical office building located at 712 S. Milwaukee Avenue in Libertyville, Illinois. The property sold for $3.4 million.
The buyer is a private real estate investor from Texas. Jason Lenhoff, senior vice president of Quantum, represented the seller in the transaction.
“This sale leaseback was an opportunity to acquire incredible real estate from an operator that has successfully built their practice here for the last 14 years and counting,” Lenhoff said. “The property has all the major attributes investors look for: it sits on a major thoroughfare, it is directly across the street from the county’s premier hospital, it is in a dense and affluent market and the tenant is incredibly strong. This truly is irreplaceable real estate.”
